Prior Tyrone resident, hopefully on my way back to Blair county
Hi all,
Since there isn't an Introductions thread, this will have to do I guess.
I am currently in Bellevue, Nebraska (Just South of Omaha metro) and I'm planning on moving back to Blair county in the next few months.
I left in 2008 to join the Air Force and got stationed at Offutt. I got out in 2013 and have worked at Creighton University as a Public Safety Officer since (think campus cop). Current pulling at the heart strings by the parents has pushed me over the edge to move back.
It's been a while since I've even visited... so I'm anxious. Especially on the job/career side of things. I'm sure I'll find some work, I just don't know what, or when. Haha.
Well, Hi all. I hope to get to know you guys.

Welcome back. Shooting interests...handgun, rifle, shotgun? Thank you for your service.

I'm a pistol guy at heart as that's what I carried and trained on the most in my time in the AF. I want to get into long distance shooting when I get back. We have a decent patch of land my dad has a backhoe to put up a large dirt mound. Hopefully I can start learning the finer side of shooting now.
Right now my firearms consist of a Rock Island 1911 in 45, a West German Sig P220, a Beretta 92A1, and a CZ 75 SP-01 in 9mm. The CZ is my favorite. But the Beretta has had some work done to it which puts it's close. Most of all being Wilson Combat's version of the D spring. Took that 14 lbs DA and made it 8.
I've got a huge list of pistols I want in the near future, as any red blooded American should.

Welcome back. Also in Tyrone. Mainly shoot at Lewistown Pistol Club but also Bellwood from time to time. IPDA at most of the local spots in the warmer months.
