Old Testament style justice in Kensington.
Does this hurt or help property values?

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A homicide investigation is underway on the grounds of an elementary school in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood. That's where police say someone attacked and killed a 37-year-old man with a rock on Thursday afternoon. The victim was found outside of Cramp Elementary School on the 3400 block of Mascher Street just before 12 p.m.

Neighbors say the 37-year-old man was allegedly stealing from a homeowner on Waterloo Street before the assault. Police do have a man in custody. It's unclear what charges he may be facing

Might as well expand the vehicle list to Chargers, Challengers and the occasional Mustang.
Are you not entertained?

Several cars driving recklessly -- doing donuts and screeching into turns, a stunt known as 'drifting,' -- shut down traffic at a busy Center City intersection overnight. The dangerous stunt driving happened just before midnight Sunday and drew a crowd, with onlookers recording video on their phones and posting to social media.

It's only a matter of time now, crimes has been spreading to the "safe" parts of the city more and more lately. But it won't matter when it happens in my opinion, there are way to many people that just don't care anymore

So they were doing donuts around a cop car but the cops are still looking for the suspects? I*m pro cop in most circumstances but all these instances where they just stand by and watch is getting out of hand

The police found it acceptable because they were wearing masks and were fully vaccinated.
