I'll carry a Ruger LCR .357 or a SP101 in .357 at times (with speedloaders) and not feel under gunned.

S&W 642 is one of my main EDC pistols, along with a Bianchi speed strip. I don't feel undergunned with it but, I also live in a fairly rural area.
My EDC is a SP-101 .357
2in Mod.37 or 3in Mod.36. Pocket carry or Bianchi #5BHL. I don't worry about 'printing' , as I don't exactly wear form-fitting clothes.
you sir are a hero among men...
i carried a ruger talo 45acp single action for a little but it was too heavy for every day, i cant understand how a 3inch small framed 9mm SA with birdshead grip does not exist by now (in the vein of the carryhawk w/ night sight etc), i would carry it just because... like the size of the smaller uberti cattleman. the ruger 357 SA w the conversion 9mm cylinders are just a hair too large for what id want.
A S&W Model 38 Airweight in a Mika pocket holster has been my EDC for many years.
If I’m going on a quick hike or fishing at the local lake, I carry my Ruger LCR 38. Very light, great grip and if it gets a little beat up or dirty, I’m fine with that. For me it’s a good shooter at 10-20 yrds. No snags, so it’s also a great jacket pocket piece.
Love it.
