I've been thinking about a Kriss Vector for a while. I'm looking at a 9mm in Alpine white, or a 10mm in black. Totally for the neat factor, nothing else.
Anyone that owns one or is familiar with them please talk me into or out of doing it :) Thanks!

i regret selling my 9mm vector. never had issues. it was just a fun gun.
Photos of both (with feet in the pic) in 5... 4... 3... 2...
I owned as .45 carbine vector when he first hit the market. I didn't like it. Reasons are
- The reduction of recoil due to the gas pump handle shape is unnoticeable in the semi auto.
- Charging the gun required a short abrupt hard snappy pull or it didn't happen
- Ergonomics sucked
- The carbine was too heavy for what is was.
- It accepted Glock 21 magazines. However if you wanted more capacity you had to buy their magazine extension kit.
- Over just awkward to use which is probably why I don't know of any police agencies or military units that use the Kriss vector.
I never regretted getting rid of the one I owned. I further add to be fair that it did functioned well, never had any problems mechanically with it.
A friend of mine is a gunsmith and he gets a lot of repairs on the vectors. He said the feed ramp is terribly designed and wears out extremely fast, resulting in failures to feed. I wanted one for the longest time until he told me that. I can't justify spending that much on a gun that isn't going to be reliable. Which is why i got a cz scoprion evo s1, which is one of the best guns i've ever shot.
I never liked the way they looked.
