Just wondering wants normal carbon build up on a quick detach flashhider mount? I'm running aac spr, which has the hider come over the barrel 2". It seems to be getting kind of thick.

That has become an issue with QD flash hider mounts. If you wait too long, it will give you a problem when being removed. You might want to remove it periodically during periods of extended shooting.
word. the carbon cake i have accumulated is hard as shit to get off, i did manage tho.
just a tip... welding "anti spatter spray" helps prevent carbon buildup, both in suppressors and on flashhiders.
Gunzilla works great on getting that carbon off. It works like nothing else I have seen, a couple of sprays, wait a few minutes and it wipes right off
my reply is late, but thanks the weld nozzle gel works great.
I noticed some nasty build up on the end of my barrel, outside the crown... What is this anti-spatter trickery you speak of?
Do I put it in the can? and is a spray can?
Can you tell I am new to owning a suppressor?
