Dealing with poor customer service
So I rolled the dice on a small questionable rifle mfg from Florida.
The rifle bolt blew apart on the 3rd shot and their CS responded
And requested photos right after my inquiry, but silence now for
4 weeks. Phones are disconnected and further emails are ignored.
Anyone have suggestions on what should be my next step?
Re: Dealing with poor customer service

I sure hope this exploding gun thread doesn't go the way the last exploding gun thread went.

Send another message explaining your reluctancy to explore options for legal action, but will do so if necessary. You'll get a reply.
