We have to notify the local LEO anyway, so I make the fingerprinting trip a two-fer. Get the prints, drop off a copy of the Form.
Plus, they get to know me a little better every trip, so when the DEA wants to execute a no-knock warrant because their informant got the address wrong, the local police are more likely to say "how about we just knock on his door, hmmm?"
Re: Welp, looks like I'm goin' to prison.
I rolled my own prints last form 1. Didn't do the best job yet approval came back in about 18 days. Ymmv
Re: Welp, looks like I'm goin' to prison.
Picked up the strips and forms. Gonna just do them myself. Looks easy enough
Re: Welp, looks like I'm goin' to prison.
I was curious exactly where the police station is in my neighborhood so I looked it up and google reviews for my local sheriff are a 1.8 average. 3 of the 4 reviews are people bitching about how they don't respect the constitution ... Hopefully they're not talking about the second amendment because I'm going to ask them to fingerprint me for a fucking SBR haha. I was just looking at filing individual vs trust and trying to figure out where to get engraving done. I hate the SBA3 so I'm going to SBR my Stribog if I can ever get this process figured out.

So a little update, I printed myself and mailed the cards and LEO notification on June 2nd. Now I wait. I hear eForm 1s are going pretty quick right now. Couple weeks.
And about that NFA bug? Yea I'm already looking at 2 suppressors I want to get.....well....maybe 3. And just a month ago I had no interest in suppressors. Fuuckk. Here we go....
