Looks good to me. Like he said, all you are doing is keeping that screw from backing out when it gets hot. The constant problem with gas keys is the operator dropping them on cement and denting them. Less common is breaking off cleaning implements in the key. Other than that, no problems. Quite a few get replaced for no reason because the manual lists a "Leaking" gas key in the trouble shooting section. This is horseshit and is never the problem.

I have the MOACKS staking tool and it's a nice piece of kit that does the job well but you can get great results with a polished punch and a 16oz hammer...just he sure to use a file and gently clean up any displaced metal on the sides of the gas key....also degrease both mating surfaces and use a bit of high temp locticte as a sealant under the has key and for screws.
