PTR-9CT experiences/opinions
Anyone own or have any experience with a PTR-9CT (threaded barrel model)?
I'm selling one for a customer and want to be able to answer any questions on reliability, etc. The owner did say he broke the barrel in exactly the way that PTR says in the owners manual and it had not had any problems. He just decided he wanted something different.

No comments from anyone? WOW!

You should have better luck on one of the HK sites.
Re: PTR-9CT experiences/opinions
I don't have direct experience but my thoughts from researching because of interest of possibly purchasing one day...
Real HKs are stupid, stupid money nowadays. The platform is somewhat antiquated (in terms of ergos, reloads, etc.) compared to an MPX (arguably the best modern sub-gun) but still fun and viable. The roller delay system is still the best 9mm suppressor host for recoil and sound levels. Because of the MLOK rail, welded 1913 top rail, tri-lug & threaded barrel and price tag - the PTR is the ONLY MP5-type roller delay 9mm I'd personally buy. Every other one is more money and with less features. I haven't personally heard of any quality issues.
Additionally, just a note on 9mm sub guns in general, an 11.5" AR in 5.56 is going to be considered a superior all-around compact defensive firearm. Not what you asked, but just throwing it in there for a modern perspective.

Put a binary trigger in one & you will have a VERY FUN toy!
H&K to collect, PTR to play with.
NO complaints about mine.
