Non Resident Application Question

Hello All - I am a RI resident who already has my home state and multiple other state CCW permits and am planning to submit my PA application over the next few weeks when I return to work in PA.

I have worked in PA, up and down the 81 corridor for over 5 years, mostly in Schuylkill and Northumberland County. I have two good PA references for my application and was just looking for some feedback as to how difficult this may be.

I see by the list that shows whether or not the county is NON-Resident willing or not the Schuylkill is listed as "unknown" while Northumberland is listed as "yes".

Any input appreciated.
