Many magnum long barreled revolvers should do quite well at 100yds.
Years back I had a Dan Wesson 445 Supermag with multiple barrels.
With the 10" I could consistently hit snuff cans at 100yds off a rest with open sights, granted I was in my mid 20's and had much better eyesight.
A Ruger Super Black Hawk in 10" scoped would also be a good choice.
Now, if you really want to push the envelope, a Contender in .223 or 22-250 would do it.

This was the second "robin hood" of my life.... the first was at 20 yards. It was "cool" to have hanging in my office. Like I said before, it can get expensive (arrows cost $9.25 each) considering both arrows are destroyed....
