Constitutional Carry was reported from the House Judiciary Committee yesterday on a vote of 14-11, with anti-gun Republican Todd Stephens (151) voting against it. The strengthen preemption bill also was reported, with Stephens voting against that as well. Both bills are now on the House floor. Called Dave Maloney's office and he's apparently co-sponsor on both. No doubt wolf will veto them but we have to keep trying. It's unfortunate but it is the game they choose to play.
