You can count out NHRPC...we don't allow any kind of tracers or incendiary ammo. Verboten.
Not sure you will find anywhere that allows it. Might have to go private lands.
Count out Delaware County Field and Stream.
Probably count out any ranges unless your in the desert or on your own property.
If you dont mind the ride..... Washington county machineguns allows them lol
