Re: PA's US Senate Seat Election 2022
Ex-hedge fund CEO, David McCormick, 56, tosses hat in ring.
Here's his resume:
"Grew up on a (PA) farm, graduated from West Point, fought in the Gulf War, got a doctorate from Princeton University, served in senior positions in former President George W. Bush's administration and reached the pinnacle of business success as a Wall Street CEO."
Well, I came in first place in the local Bicentennial bike decorating contest back in the day so I'd say we're about even on resumes. Maybe I should toss my hat in the ring, too.

McCormick sounds like he*d be right at home with the swamp.
Re: PA's US Senate Seat Election 2022
Isn*t McCormick friends with Trump?
Re: PA's US Senate Seat Election 2022
McCormick and OZ immediately bashing each other. Oz calling out McCormick’s hedge fund dealings with China and McCormick demanding that Oz renounce his Turkish citizenship (he is dual)

Dual citizenship is one thing but did McCormick say anything about Mehmet not being a resident of the state?

Saw his ad on TV. After running Blackridge Hedge Fund for a number of years and making a fortune engaging China in commerce through its unfair trade policies and aiding and abetting the exportation of American manufacturing jobs I'm supposed to believe that he "got religion" and now wants to "decouple" from China?

Yes he would. And his wife works for Goldman Sachs.
Prediction: If Trump does run and win in 2024, unless he brings back Lighthizer, Navarro and Pompeo, he'll be the only person in his administration who will want to pick up where he left off challenging China's unfair trade policies.

Funny, right? But then again when the current GOP standard bearer also reversed his position on guns 2 or 3 times we gave him more than his fair shot. What's different here?

Kathy Barnette is a good choice. I don't understand why she doesn't gain more traction.

Looking at her web site, she does seem to be a good candidate. In reading this article - https://www.foxnews.com/politics/pen...voter-concerns - I saw this:
What is at stake in America, exactly? A lot of things, according to Barnette — but in particular, "the first five rights in the First Amendment," including freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly and freedom to petition the government.
Something appears to be missing in that list.
