Would this be considered a FireArm like a Glock or Springfield according to the law?
Lets say someone allegedly was caught with it in their car without a LTCF

Antiques
"Antique firearm" means:
1. Any firearm, including any firearm with a matchlock, flintlock, percussion cap or similar type of ignition system, manufactured in or before 1898, and
2. Any replica of any firearm described in paragraph (1) if such replica:
* is not designed or redesigned for using rimfire or conventional centerfire fixed ammunition; or
* Uses rimfire or conventional centerfire fixed ammunition which is no longer manufactured in the United States and which is not readily available in the ordinary channels of commercial trade.
Antique and replica handguns cannot be carried without a license or possessed by convicted felons.
Bold and underlined is mine. But be aware that this was from 1995 and new law may supersede this.
Here is a better reference.

Ahhh... had hoped it was some sort of "I'll prove you wrong" trivia question between friends.
Whats this mean?
(a) Offense defined.--

(2) A person who is otherwise eligible to possess a [FN1] valid license under this chapter but carries a firearm in any vehicle or any person who carries a firearm concealed on or about his person, except in his place of abode or fixed place of business, without a valid and lawfully issued license and has not committed any other criminal violation commits a misdemeanor of the first degree.
