Training event .... Just heard a broadcast about Park City Mall - Automatic weapons fire.

They're running a special event over there. It's a training session for first responders.

I mean the frequency that they're using, they're conducting it on the primary channel that the Lancaster City PD uses instead of the Emergency Management Channel or Lancaster City 2.
