    Default More Saiga Questions

Where do you like to put yours? Do you like doing one higher and one lower...or both at the same level?

Which works best for tactical reload.

Also I was looking last night for some neat accessories for the saiga 7.62/39 and I saw a picatany rail. Now in the picture they have holes in the dust cover but mine does not have any holes...if i buy this do i have to tap these myself or do they send you the rails with the dust cover?

It looks like it replaces the receiver cover.

My scope mount is on the side, quick release w/ two rails. I recall hearing that if you use a mount on the top cover it can loosen up too easily; can't remember exactly.

Try here: http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?&CODE=00 and by poking around you might find more info.

    Good luck, love the Saiga 7.62 . . .
