We had a 20 gauge Mossberg that my dad sold when I was a kid but this is my first shotgun purchase. Mossberg 500A

Sweet man, and I like the wood furniture.
I have a Mossberg 500A as well, great gun.

Throw the shoulder stock back on there, those pistol grips are useless.

I'm going to get the tactical stock for it; it attaches to the pistol grip. Its a great versatile gun for hunting/home defense.

Mossberg 500 is a great shotgun and with both barrels their is no "real" need for another one. Don't get me wrong, you could always use another gun but this allows you to pursue others while all shotgun needs are met.
