Big game Lottery winners

Damn, damn, damn! The lottery ticket that won the big game was bought minutes from my house and it wasn't me.

Anybody here ever win any lottery? I have won some money with scratch offs. 500.00 being the largest on a 5.00 ticket.

I just hit for $1,000 on a $5 scratch off ticket on 2/20, 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I scratched off the 1, then a 0, then another 0 and I thought it was a $100 ticket. Then I noticed the comma after the 1 and scratched off the last 0. I buy $20 to $30 worth of scratch off tickets a month, maybe twice a month if I've worked a ton of overtime, but that's my first real big winner. My mom has had two $1,000 tickets within the past 4 years.

Of course I'm going to use the money to buy more toys; a tax stamp and a suppressor

I always thought the Lottery was a tax on people who don't understand math.

I normally start playing powerball when it gets over 50 Million or so, I've never won anything but 5 bucks a week for a chance to hit it huge... I can live with that
