You might try contacting the guy that runs this site... he USED to have a ton of manuals posted on-line, but for whatever reason he took them down (says some folks downloaded all of them. Guess he felt ripped off.

Anyway, http://www.stevespages.com/ might be a resource.

i dont know if this will help you but i took mine off with a wide chisel from my dads workbench...it didnt mar the forearm at all but got it off no problem just something wide enough to catch the indents and turn it

You can make a spanner from a piece of pipe.

Remington actually provides you with a wrench, built right into the gun.

    First remove the barrel.
Then remove the forend/pump assembly (plenty of instructions for this online)
Remove the bolt assembly. The bottom of the bolt assembly has a flat plate that fits across the forend nut perfectly.

    Hope this helps.

WOW. I will have to try this tonight. I have two guns tore apart and the forearms in my Jeep that I was going to take to the gunsmith this afternoon. I will try this before I do!! THANKS.

Or just make one from an appropriate size socket or pipe like Rich said.
