    Default Holster undershirts

I was at a sporting goods store recently and I saw a T-shirt from 5.11 with a built in holster for a small gun. Cool! Until I looked at the price tag. Sale price $50.

Since I like to wear a clean undershirt every day, I'd need to buy at least ten of these things. Also, I've found that t-shirts made out of the synthetic wicking material tend to hang onto BO despite being washed.

I wear a regular Hanes undershirt and a belly band when I need to deep conceal a mouse gun. I could pocket carry but I have other crap in my pockets usually. Undershirt is for the scratching and velcro if the band moves up. I wear it around my waist so the pants/belt help secure it. All I have to do is untuck my shirt and draw.

Belly band was $15 at Gander Mountain, pack of shirts $10. Comfortable and the BB holds 2 spare mags too. Even has a retention strap that snaps for the pistol, which I usually tuck behind the band instead of using but it's nice to have there if I'm doing something active around kids, or riding rollercoasters. (test done, stays put)

My wife wants a concealment tank top for running...still deciding if I want to shell out $50-$80.

I always figure having the gun means I don't have to run, ya know?

Happy wife. Happy life. It's worth it for her to carry.

I've got an under armor or similar shirt. It's a compression type t. Only problem I have is it can get itchy after awhile.

My cousins husband is an Air Marshal and wears them just about everyday. They work really well at concealing a smaller back up gun and hold up but for the average non taticool guy $50.00 each is hard to justify.

Sounds like a mission-specific purchase. Time and place for everything.

That's really what they are for he has to conceal a crap ton of things on his person so these type of clothing lines ease those burdens.

I was given one by a student, he bought it too small for him. It works just fine for carrying Commander size or Officer size 1911s even as small as I am. My only problem is that it carries a little deep and I feel slow on presentation.

Walmart had these on closeout when they dumped all their tacticool stuff, I bought one for when I go to a specific place where deep concealment is required but the stiching is shitty and it rubs around my armpits so bad it couldn't wear it for more than five mins.
Its been hanging in the closet since and I'll probably end up throwing it out.
