Remington Model 511 Scoremaster
I just recently bought a .22 bolt action Remington Model 511 Scoremaster for $20.00 off of a friend, the only problem is that he don't remember where the bolt is for it. I was wondering if, and where I can find a bolt and how can I tell when the gun was made since there is no serial numbers? There are some other markings on the gun. I will post pics as soon as I can. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Remington Model 511 Scoremaster
I have an old 5-teen myself, a 512 from 40's-50's-60's??? The bluing and finish - on what was likely a $20.00 rifle NEW back then - is unfreaking believable compared to todays shiite.
These old 22s didn't require S/Ns, back when the USA was free.

Re: Remington Model 511 Scoremaster
Thanks. On the left side of the barrel it looks like p 77 (might be p ZZ) on the right side it has what almost looks like a diamond and the number 27. Anyone know where one might find a bolt?

Try these guys:

Your gun is on page 469, the part number appears to be 18434 for the Bolt Assembly. Not sure if they have it but worth a shot."You never lived till you almost died, for those who have fought for it, freedom has a flavor the protected will never know"
