Anywhere to get good tattoo work done near WB area ?
Hi All:
First, I apologize if this isn't the right area to open this thread, but I'm wanting to get my wife's name tattooed (yes, I know, 'that shit is permanent', etc) but I want to get it done anyway.
Curious if anyone one here is either an artist themselves, or can suggest one in the area. Here's the kicker- my wife is Ukrainian born and I'd like to have her name spelled in her native Cyrillic letters. I can provide a copy of how it should look, I'm assuming any half-decent artist can copy it ? Never had any ink before.
Thanks in advance for any responses !

Is the WB area code for your crotch? "Wang Bush" or something like that? I guess that would be a good place to tattoo your woman's name. That, or "Welcome to Jamaica, have a nice day."

HOLY SHIT ! Thanks for the laugh, I needed that ! LOL
I suppose I should've clarified- "WB area" was supposed to mean "Wilkes-Barre area"

I've had one done by Marc's tattooing and it turned out great. My wife had one done by Marc himself. No complaints from either of us.

Marc's is a little on the expensive side. I've had good luck with 666 and I would check out 570. Something that needs to be copied doesn't really require a lot of artistic talent and most shops should do a good job.
No offense to any artists out there!I don't have a catchy phrase to put here!

Let me break it down for you.. If you want to get tattooed by a heroin addict then go to 570.. if you want to get tattooed by a scummer who used to work for marcs, then go to 666. if you want to get something really shitty, go anywhere else.
If you want to support the cleanest shop, best artists, and nicest work, go to Electric City Tattoo studio in Scranton. Elijah, Mike, Nick, Dan, Tyler and Woody all do incredible work.
Elijah just finished my backpiece. (freehanded) .. He's incredible. They're all really good.

Thank you! ..
I told Elijah at Electric City Tattoo that I wanted something pretty crazy and from his previous drawings and artwork I trusted him with something wild.. and that's what he came up with. The skull in the middle mostly. Drew it up freehand.. then sketched right on my skin with a sharpie the flowers and waves and details. Came out incredible. Took around just short of a year. I would trust him with everything I wanted, but I'm running out of room! haha
