    Default Training near Philly question

New to the forum, thanks for having me! Looking forward to being an active member. I was curious if anyone has experience taking any classes with either Rockwell Tactical or Armed Dynamics. They both have classes near where I live just outside of Philly in Montgomery County. Any feedback on either would be greatly appreciated. Or any other recommendations in the area as well...

I have taken Rockwell's HD seminar and also their shooter first aid class.

The HD seminar I felt left quite a bit to be desired but the shooters first aid class was excellent.

I haven't taken any live fire classes with them yet but plan to. There's quite a few other reviews of their classes on this site that are all positive.

I've also taken NRA Basic Pistol as well as Defensive Pistol with Magill Training up near Allentown and would recommend them as well.

PAT at targetmaster was pretty decent. did level 2 to 4. 2 is a pre req for 3 unfortuneately so cost more than i would have liked total.

im planninng on doinng an appleseed if youre into that type of thing. several locations around.

mas ayoob is supposed to do a 3 day class again in harrisburg at the outdoor show (i think thats the show). pricey, but if i can swing it this year ill def be doing that.

And his MAG-20 class (live fire, not just classroom) will be in Easton in May this year.

Thanks, I am actually an NRA pistol instructor, I was looking for some more high speed, advanced training. I'll contact Jeff from Armed Dynamics, but I am definitely signing up for Rockwell's Shooters First Aid Class in KOP. That's real close to me.

Then let's hope Bethlehem Police Range is still bringing instructors in. In 2014 they had Kyle DeFoor, Larry Vickers, Mike Pannone. That's about as top shelf as it gets. But I don't see anything new for 2015 yet.
