Lightbulb Police training info and law info

I found three binders in my basement that appear to be the training manuals for the Phila police dept. I'm not sure of age but would imagine they are from early 80's-90's. have info on laws etc. not sure if anyone would be interested in them but thought might aswell put it up here.the binders are dirty / dusty but the pages seem to be mostly intact. make cash offer or trade. I will not ship. If for some reason it is illegal to sell this stuff please let me know and I will delete the ad.
