Meaning not included with Utah.....

The problem for me is the fingerprints. I live in Philly. PPD won't do it. I have to drive 1 hr each way to some suburban PD in the middle of a work day. That's hard to arrange.

Is there any State Police barracks around? Here, Scranton PD wanted an appointment and a fee to do the fingerprints, but the State Police barracks nearby did them for free without an appointment.

Found one:
PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE TROOP K- PHILADELPHIA

I-76 TO CITY LINE AVENUE, LEFT AT BELMONT AVENUE
Phone Numbers:

Thanks for the tip. I'll try calling them, but I predict they'll rebuff all requests by phone.

Trevose barracks wouldnt do them for me...2 weeks ago.

Why does FL need prints done again? Does anybody know if VA needs them for renewal? That'll probably determine which one i get.

I don't know about Virginia, but if you get a permit out of Utah in 45 days I'll streak down the PA Turnpike while OC'ing

These people shouldn't be advertising things like this that aren't true. The last time Utah got a permit out in 45 days Christ was probably a baby.

A Utah permit course is perfectly acceptable to also use when applying for a Virginia permit. My company is based here in Virginia and our students do it all the time.

One class satisfies the requirement for both states.
