Are Rep comments subject to moderation and disciplinary action?
can mods view rep comments and issue infractions based on their content?

I think this has been addressed, but can't recall where, and I need to run.
I'll let danp address this one. Stirring up the "rep topic" usually ends badly. Sorry for closing the thread, but a question was posed, and all that can be done is to wait for an answer.

For future reference there is no written policy on this so far. If it got that far it is more likely I would simply turn negative reputation off.
