I feel for ya, i lived in MD for a long time. Frederick, Owingsmills, bel camp etc.. You can get a permit, you just have to be persistant and perhaps a little creative.

You need to go down and pick up a permit application, then you need to find a way to fit into one of the categories. It's a tough process. Google for it and find out how others have gotten one. I'm sure you're going to have to be creative.

I have found one site that shows a possibility for me to get a permit. It states that (I know 2nd hand info) but if you can show statistics of increased violent crime in an area that you frequent. (less than 2 miles from my house. I drive through there often.) If you carry large amounts of cash (when I do moonbounces I will have in excess of $500 cash on me at times.)

I will try, and if I fail, I will request a formal hearing. Gotta save my pennies first and will have to put my next gun purchase off, maybe. I think with a MD and FL nonresident I would be good for most places I will go, besides of course that liberal NY. I dislike Hillary.
