Ex-Marine uses 1911 to shoot intruders

3 burglars came into this guy's house. He used his 1911 to shoot at them and they shot bacck with a 9mm. But they both missed.

wow. hope he doesnt have to do it again, his statements just convicted him of premeditated murder if he uses a shotgun....at least thats what the prosecutors will say
