Flying Board Shoot held the third Sunday at the Lower Pottsgrove Sportsmans Assoc.

The Shoot is open to the public, membership is not required.

Bring a 12GA, shells are supplied by the club.

If you've never been to a Flying Board Shoot, it can be a lot of fun.

4"x4" pine boards with an 'X' scribed on them are tossed in the air (from behind a steel wall if you wondered) and the shooter who gets a BB closet to the X wins the round. So, skill can take a back seat to luck. Flying board shoots mean luck can be more valuable than skill, it's the kind of shoot where the skilled can look foolish.

Bring the kids.
Youth shooters are welcome and encouraged, they often not only have a lot of fun at times they do better than the adults.

Winners receive money or meat tray prizes.

Signup by Noon for first squad, shoot begins no later than 13:00.
Late arrivals can shoot in later rounds.

Please be aware that although the Club has a bar, consumption of alcohol will disqualify you from the shoot. Shooters are welcome to enjoy an alcoholic beverage at the Clubhouse AFTER the event.
