Out of curiosity, what is a "combat style pistol shoot." I have been on the walks up there before, but I am unaware of what this is. It sounds like fun, But I don't know if my carry piece would be up to par for this depending on what it is. Wish that 1911 was already on my belt

So far, it's just timed shooting of knockdown steel targets....not very far, but challenging because of the added time factor

anything .380 or bigger should be fine.

    It's all fun friendly competition

This actually sounds really fun. Need to talk to the Mrs. Speaking of which, the inlaws sent their membership info in about a month and a half ago. Haven't heard anything back.

I might be able to make it, I would really like to. Need to stock up on more ammo though lol.

I may have to come try this. Is the club on the road that runs from Polk to Mauers TP?

the info regarding Member ship is a bit confusing, on The IW site it that only members may shoot there except for Skeet? Is this an exception as well?

OKKKK, the way I go to the mall, if I took a right going up the hill, I'd be in the Allegheny river.

Got GPS coords, or an mapquestable address?

Really? Hmm...I guess I might word that a bit different......This is a public Shoot, and thing that costs money to shoot is open to the public....

Deep Hollow Road, Take a left at the bottom of the hill coming from Franklin, then a right on Waltonian Park Road
The map link from the website should work
