I've been denied

I hadn't heard anything from BCI so I sent them an email. I was called today and informed that the York County Sheriff's dept wrote a lovely letter informing them that I am a danger to myself and to others and they should not issue me a permit. The person I spoke with was very nice and he said as soon as I get my court figured out and it is dismissed or im found not guilty he will do what he can to get my permit issued to me.

Im fucked.

That sucks. What are you going to do? Are you going to appeal or get a Utah permit? I don't think there is anything actually disqualifying you, right?

BCI is Utah. they denied me.

let's look at this logically...it is PA who told Utah that I am a danger to myself and others...so what good would it be to do that? now when im eligible to get my license back (in December) and they deny me...well...that's when we can take on that battle.

I just checked my Docket record and there is still no court date set for the DC charges.

PA took my LTCF. i stopped by the sheriffs dept to see about getting it returned. I got a look of disgust from the guy who issues them. Im ranked right up there with rapists and murders apparently. all it takes is one cop to say I did something and he didn't like it...now im fucked.

take note and learn from my mistakes.
