That is up to the trier-of-fact (jury or judge in bench trial). Remember that the statute reads:
(ii) posting in a manner prescribed by law or reasonably likely to come to the attention of intrudersIANAL

Sands
Bethleham PA
went to the event center for a concert, and my experience was as follows...
* noticed no signs at the casino, attached shopping area, or actual event center
* passed through security check points any time entering the casino (I was just passing through to use rest room)
* staff was friendly and courteous
maybe there are signs somewhere.. but I was actually looking for them and didn't see them..
* no metal detectors anywhere

Re: CC in PA casinos
I live not far from Sands and was just there recently and I asked a manager. As of recent the law banning firearms has been removed from the law books and is now legal. It's being left up to the casino now whether they allow guns or not. I asked one of the guards last time I was there since the new law provisions and she stated that if it's concealed and no one sees it it's no problem. If someone saw it and complained they'd likely ask you to leave it in the car. She also said it's unlikely they'll change the signs in on the grounds but won't hassle anyone concealing their firearms. Check out the pa attorney generals website for the new law about casino carry and obviously do you own research before carrying. The event center does not have a no gun sign but the gaming floor has them all over as does the hotel last time I was there. Apparently they had a kid pull a gun on someone at the hotel.

Re: CC in PA casinos
It's also possible they removed the signs after the law was changed. If you didn't see it on the gaming floor where they card everyone they probably removed them. There's no way anyone would miss it walking in. It's a huge sign on a pole where the ropes are. I'd highly question someone's situational awareness if they missed the sign if it's still there. I was there days after the law changed.
