Re: CC in PA casinos
I CC every where...casinos, food markets, strolls in the park. You said it once already, you CC to the casino. Which should mean no one knows about it. everyone one else is right, they would ask you to leave. So leave, and do not ever go back. and right before you do, tell the cop when shit goes down you do not want to be the only one without one...

Re: CC in PA casinos
i would highly advise against it. Rivers casino has multiple signs through out the casino (elevators, out side the restrooms, ever entrance) clearly stating you will be prosecuted if you carry any deadly weapon in the casino. I lock mine in the safe in my truck. The first time i ever went there i was OCing my 1911, didnt see the sign in the elevator, the guard at the door was very friendly and told me just to take it to the car.

Re: CC in PA casinos
As I work for one of the PA Casinos, if you are planning a trip to one, leave the gun at home or in the car. There are signs posted everywhere. Security and the PSP are on the lookout for any and all weapons. Only the PSP is allowed to carry. If you are looking for a night of gambling, make it easier on yourself, don't carry.

Re: CC in PA casinos
With the enactment of Act 10 (HB40), I believe the PA gaming control board can no longer require casinos to post no firearms signs. In other words, there is no law prohibiting casino carry. With that being said, they are still private property and the casino owners can set whatever rules they want against carry.
I am not a lawyer and nothing I say should be construed as legal advice.
