    Default S & P 9x19 cases

I've recently found some S & P 9x19 cases at the range. The boxer primers are painted red or green. They don’t note 9 mm Luger on the head stamp, but they are in excellent condition. Other than cleaning the primer pocket, are they ok to reload? I tried to Google the item but did not get clear info. Thanks.

Are you sure that's not "S & B" on the headstamp? If it is, it is Sellier & Bellot, Czech made ammo. The red painted was 115 grain, the green painted was 124 grain. I have hundreds (maybe a thousand, even), but haven't tried to reload any yet.

S&B reload fine. It's good (not great) brass and you will get at least 5 reloads out of it. Just check the primer pockets and make sure you get a good prime fit. They tend to get lose after a number of reloads.

Rock you are correct that it is S & B. Thanks for the color code information. WVBob, thank you also for the info.

The only other thing about loading s&b brass its like blazer brass very hard through sizer ,so I seperate them from the rest and lube them then size them.
