Default Saftey Heritage RR 22lr issue - help

    Guys,

I took up H RR 22lr apart to clean, went ahead and put it back together however now thats its back together the saftey is not working on the revolver. I'm obviously missing something easy here, any help?

Wow, I think I'm an idiot. It appears that it is working correctly and the hammer will still fall but just short of the firing pin. It looks like the block is engaging correctly.

Does this sound right? Guess I'm used to the autos ....

Figured. Not sure why I had in my mind that the hammer wouldn't fall at all. It does look like the block is preventing the hammer to strike the firing pin so I should be all set.
