    Default Marble Game Getter

This cool little gun fires 410 and 22 out of a short barrel. It also has a shoulder stock. How can this gun be legally sold?
    Thanks

its an NFA AOW(Any Other Weapon ), the ONLY type aow allowed to have a shoulder stock.

its a combination weapon that has a smooth and rifle barrel between 12" and 14" that must be manually reloaded.

Below is a link to a sticky from the NFA forum. It will give you the jist about transfering such an item.

It was contributed by Jaybell. I would like to say thank you to him for taking the time to make that great info easily accessable.

Thanks for the info. So if im understanding, I can sell it and its up to the buyer to jump the hoops. Now, what if this gun was never registered by the current owner? This is a friends gun so im not positive if this is the case but Im thinking it is. Also how would it work to sell it to a gun shop?
    Thanks

if it isn't registered, or never was, it cannot be registered now, and is considered contraband.

if unregistered it cannot be possessed, transferred, sold, bought, or anything, its worthless.

if registered (unlikley), you simply follow the process to obtain NFA items

If only you would have bothered to read the thread before you posted, then you would have got your answer AND not necromanced a 7 year old thread.
