Great letter, I hope to see it in the paper.

Do we need to confirm that the levee is in fact a park or recreational area?
I assume that it is, however the ACOE will generally govern such a place.

I will try to attend, however I am currently scheduled to be working out of town that day. If I get back to town in time, I would love to come.

Thank you for your efforts with this issue.

With the Harrisburg Rally only a few days away I would like to see some one print all of this Bullshit so that we can hand it out to ALL of our REPS. If they don`t mind towns and counties taking over thier jobs, its time for them to go and we`ll save money on office space.

Just talked to the City Manager of Lock Haven, PA he was not a fan and he said he submitted my letter to the Chief of Police and the solicitor.

Meetings are every Monday in Lock Haven. Not sure what time I have to check.

What? You were not told that they would just shut Lock Haven Down!

That was the first thing out of his mouth. He talked about domestic incidents at little league games and escalation with guns. He said that had been a problem. I told him that he should prosecute those incidents to the fullest extent of the law but it did not give him the right to infringe upon the rights of all citizens. He said, "I think it does."

BTW, Thanks Chris for hooking me up with Kim from FOAC. He said he will put together a letter of his own and send it to all three.

My wife will not be home until after 7 pm Monday. But Dad is going to pick me up and we will be there. He is going to call Tom Bossert to see if he is going.

    See you Monday.
