Help me smooth out my RTF a bit!
If this belongs in Gunsmithing please move it, but I think more pistol guys will see it here.
I have a G17rtf that I LOVE. The texture is magnifcent everywhere.....except on my love handle!! Being that I'm a righty, I don't think a little smoothing on the lower left section of the grip will affect me at all. And I don't want it too smooth, just take the sharp tips off the "polymer pyramids" on one section.
So....How?!? And with what?!?Last edited by Kb! Bob; April 18th, 2010 at 12:32 PM.

It's a Glock. Rub it on a concrete curb a little while

Hey man, Try some sand paper... just to see what would wear down first, the glock or the sand paper.

Ha, ha, my money is on the Glock! Actually, everything worked out well and took about 5 minutes. I did a few passes in just a couple spots with some fine grit sandpaper, then ........
dremeled with a soft wire bit!!! Easy as pie, perfect texture and feel. I love Glocks!Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Amen. **PROUD III**
