Re: The NO Show "protest" from HGC Yesterday and a bit of a Bombshell !
Don't become obsessed or feed into their delusional place of blame.
It seems as if they are in the first stages of dealing with a trauma.
They are in the denial stage.
They are blaming everyone else for what is happening in our community. They are blaming inanimate objects for committing irresponsible actions.
They should mind the light. They need to look inward, into their conscious, and understand they could have done something to prevent criminals from obtaining weapons and committing illegal actions.
They could have prevented career criminals from getting to our streets.
They could have started community based programs to help children stay off the path to becoming a criminals.
It all starts with yourself.
We are a lawful gun owners who accept personal responsibility. We take it upon ourselves to know the laws, development good moral judgment, and be a positive role model in society.
We write politicians to make longer sentences, better parole board choices, and keep career criminals off the streets.
THEY want to make illegal purchases for them. They want to aid and abed them and keep them safe in their aunts, uncles, cousins, friends homes. They do not turn in the criminals. They do not stand up to crime.
Take to the corners and stand along side the tired police who lock up repeat offenders time and time again only to be cut loose through deals and light sentences for crime.
WE DO!!
Lets face it. If the people really wanted drug dealers and repeat offenders off the streets WITHOUT A DOUBT THE STATE COULD MAKE HARSHER LAWS AND KEEP SOCIETY SAFE. THE PROBLEM IS THE FAMILIES OF THE CRIMINALS WOULD COMPLAIN.
BUT instead they point the finger and misplace blame.
We will continue to enjoy, protect, and practice the 2nd Amendment.Last edited by thefirstndsecond; April 17th, 2010 at 10:05 AM.
