Trap Shooting@IWLA

Hey guys, I have never been to one of these and have 'next to nothing' experience when it comes to shotguns. I was hoping you guys can tell me what its like out there if you have ever been to one of these. http://www.pa-events.com/items/6460.shtml

Says theres one every Monday, 6-9 . How is the environment? Any details would be appreciated, Is someone at a begginners level welcome?

York IWLA is a great place to start. Lots of great people in a very low key atmosphere. I coach a youth trap team and we have a closed practice there on Wednesdays. You'll find many of my kids there on Mondays sharping theirs skills.

As long as you practice basic gun safety, Treat every gun as if it is loaded, Point your gun in a safe direction at all times, Load only one shell when ready to shoot, and Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot you'll be fine.

As for Roger, me or one of the kids would be glad to help you get started.
