I picked this up from txguns, is this rumor, can anybody substantiate it?

Open carry laws are changing in various states. Therefore, restaurants
are more clearly communicating their policies to guests. Fuddruckers
has had a no weapons policy for several years but it wasn't being
enforced in all locations. By enforcing its no-weapons policy,
Fuddruckers is enforcing its rights as a private business to create
the
sort of dining environment we believe best suits and appeals to all or
the majority of our guests.

Well, they can go fuddrucker themselves.

I have sort of open carried in the Fuddruckers in Chambersburg. Wearing an un-tucked shirt in the door, take it off while I eat, and then back on while leaving.

No big loss if that is true.. I've only been to one Ruddfuckers about 7 years ago - overpriced and not so great food.
