    Default Supressing a Sub2000 9mm

Used a Blue Force front sight as a replacement for original sight. Had a sleeve made to fit the OD of the barrel after the original burrs for the front sight were removed. The OD of the sleeve was made to fit the original hole in the Blue Force front sight. The length was made to the length of the BF plus .475 the length needed for threads on the YHM Cobra 2 suppressor. Then threaded 1/2x28 and then the sleeve was then silver soldered to the barrel.
Remove the top Red Dot type sight and it still folds like then new...

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! I have a Sub2K in .40 i would love to do this with. I guess I need to start saving money for that tax stamp. I'd also like to mention this is Awesome!!

Did you or can you get the barrel machined at any machine shop (or was it somewhere specific)? Thanks for posting this!

    Gemtech Blackside....$725!!! OUCH

Hard to put a $725 supressor on a $300 gun. And since I'd need two, one for the G23 and one for the Sub2K....... what do kids go for on Ebay these days???
