Anvil Arms Auction NFA Question
I posted a link to the Anvil Arms auction in another thread but I have a question about the M16 lowers and M16s they have for sale. Since these firearms were made after 1986 they are not transferable to civillians but what if the company is going out of business like AA? Is there any clause or loop hole that would allow civilians to purchase these firearms or are they still limited to Government Agencys and other manufactorers?

Re: Anvil Arms Auction NFA Question
Looks like some nice goodies there if the prices stay down.
Let us only hope that some of those are transferable.
Im going assume those are post 86 recievers, would make sense why they are going so cheap.
To answer your question, no, there is no loop hole for a civilain to own a full auto reciever after May of 86. Unless you become a title 2 weapon dealer, and then i think you still need a demo letter from a Police Department.
