Best Scope for AK-74

I am new to the AK platform and would like some input as to the best scope set-up for a Bulgarian AK-74 NDS-2 from CIA.

Any input is much appreciated

Does it comes with scope rail on side of reciever?
If not, don't bother with these replacement top cover mount, as they are not solid mount.

Why not use a russian style pso sight? it has a rail doesn't it?

+1 on the Ultimak mount.

Might also do to check HERE for a red dot and matching magnifier.

Specifically, this offering.
