Re: Mountain lions in Pa?
id thought id throw this in just to be a jerk...so theres no mountain lions based on the fact noone is seeing them....lets say i never saw a black bear in the wild, in fact i havent. nor have i seen elk. but do i know they exist? maybe they dont, til i see a body i dont believe theres bear or elk in PA...for that matter ive never seen a dead grouse in person either...so i figure they arent around anymore. maybe theres no deer...anyone else see a deer today, cause i didnt...therefore they arent around...

Re: Mountain lions in Pa?
Curiously enough I did see many in real life. My folks live in CA and had many many roaming around their house. If you go to/through some of the canyons in southern CA, they have signs warning people about them, and what to do if one approaches you.
They are not cute little kittens by any means.

Re: Mountain lions in Pa?
my personal favorite was told to me by my gunsmith,
a friend of a friend shot a coyote, it had a serial number tatooed in its upper lip.
it was traced back to south carolina, thats were they breed them.
this person figured all this out, but could not figure out how to take a pic with a digital camera or camera phone and posted it on the net,
i think to many people have been watching the X-Files.
as far as mountain lions in Pa, sure.......
