I am not saying it is the "BEST" 9mm out there that can be carried concealed, but my PF-9 is a pretty good bet given its sub-$300 price and uber-tiny size...

I like the R9, but that's a lot of money for a gun that is only rated for a couple hundred rounds...

XDm... not exactly what I would pick for CCW, but it would be ahead of almost every other one on your list.... the 3.8 XDm that is.

Considering that "best" in this context is entirely subjective I've chosen not to vote at all. What is the best for me may be far from the best for the next guy.

I voted Glock 19, out of those on that list.
    I have a 19, and S&W M&P 9c that I also like a whole lot when it comes to compact 9's.

    Glock 26 for me.

It can go from ten round subcompact all the way to zombie slayer with a magazine change. I usually just keep it at fifteen when it's on nightstand duty or at the range but the option to drop to ten when carrying it makes it a very good choice.
This gives me one defensive handgun that fills many roles. One grip, sights, trigger and poi/poa to train with as well as only one gun to bang around and screw up with nicks and holster wear.

This is of course what works best for me and YMMV, at the same time if someone believes they should not choose one because "what's good for me may not be good for others" then why even reply at all. Click out of the thread and be done with it.

I picked other, had to put out a vote for the CZ Rami. Glocks are fine weapons, but I'd never even dream of carrying one concealed, with it's superlight trigger and all. I'll take a DA/SA for CC over anything else. To each their own I suppose.

I love the feel of PPS, I also love Kahrs for CCW. I own a Kahr CW40 and it is very nice to carry. I lose out on the amount of rounds it carries, but that's the trade off with a small hangun.
These are the times that try men's souls: The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Thomas Paine 1776
