    Question Sportsman Firearm Permit

(Yes, I searched before posting this question)

Has anyone found a clear answer if you can OC while driving TO and FROM a fishing spot if you have your fishing license and the Sportsman Firearm Permit?

I will be getting my LTCF in two months, so I know I will be good to go once I get that.

But I want to stay within in the law until then.

    Thanks!

    I found this:

However...........there are some restrictions that go along with the exception!

Those are; you must also have a valid hunting, fishing or trapping license. You must be doing one of those activities; actually hunting, fishing or trapping. Or......you must be going to or coming from those places where you hunted, fished or trapped.

    Yes, I read that also.
But it didnt specify that going and coming from fishing hunting or trapping inside a vehicle.

Hell, they could just mean walking back to a cabin or campsite.

I wouldn't put it past a left wing DA to make that argument.
