I think the only reason you got that warning was because it was really over the line, and could have landed people in jail had they believed a PA LTCF was now valid in NJ...

In any case, Ted Nugent has been making the rounds. I like his position that the 2nd Amendment is the only gun license one needs.

Unfortunately Ted Nugent also thinks mountain top removal is an a-ok method of coal mining. Even though it violates the property rights of everyone in the surrounding area.

Ted's got the right idea on gun rights, but honestly not much else IMO.

I'm not that familiar with the coal mining issue. But, unless the mountain top is my property, I don't really see how removing it violates my property rights - unless maybe it's an eminent domain issue?

Now, if it's an eminent domain issue, then yea, I see what you're saying. I am all against eminent domain - or any other involuntary taking of anything from one person by another.

Exactly. Plus, it was initially posted in the CC/OC topic, in which someone could even moreso mistake it for the truth.
