PA. record of hunter safety class of 1985

Can someone tell me how I can get proof of a hunter safety class I took back in 1985 at the Steel City Rod And Gun Club in Steel City, PA.
And yes I called and they do not have records that go back that far.
Is there a web site I can go to to find this.

By the way I am a new member from Elko NV. but I am from Bethlehem, PA

This is the link to the Pa hunter education program page.Follow the direction to down load form. You will have to have it notorized. Then they will send you a Issued By Affidavit Training Certificate. Hope this helps.

Have an old PA license? Wouldn't that work as proof?

When I went to CO on a hunt they wanted my number from 1982.....when I told them they didn't have numbers they told me to just list the date of my test as my ID number.....
